Returns & Exchanges

At Troll and Toad, we want you to love your fashion finds; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. All returned apparel must be in its original, unworn condition with all tags still attached to qualify for processing.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account portal and select the order containing the items you wish to return to generate a unique RMA number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the unworn garments in their original packaging and include the printed return authorization slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
